Colleen Starkloff of St. Louis, Missouri, speaks about being married to a person with a disability and advocating for disability rights. Colleen co-founded Paraquad and the Starkloff Institute on Disability with her husband Max. She has worked tirelessly with many organizations to increase housing options for people with disabilities.
